The ``soclib_cc`` module

``soclib_cc`` contains the glue code assembling the soclib build
helpers:

* the configuration module :py:mod:`soclib_cc.config`,

* the soclib-specific builders for :py:mod:`soclib_builder`: :py:mod:`soclib_cc.actions`,

* the bugreport tools used by :ref:`soclib-cc`.
