Quoting the log:

Soclib-cc tried to create the said file and has no correct rights on your filesystem. You either have to change the path used by soclib-cc (see [SoclibConf#Fields SoclibConf], variable "repos") or change the rights on the directory.

This is a configuration issue local to your machine.
